All maintenance, repair, labor, and genuine Cat parts are included. Thanks to high parts availability, your stocking and operational costs are reduced.
Full Maintenance Agreements are tailored to your needs and offer flexible payment options.
For customers who protect their machines with a Customer Value Agreement (CVA),
we guarantee the supply of maintenance and minor repair parts,
and commit to responding to external service repair and maintenance requests.

Unlike standard Customer Value Agreements, Performance CVA offers an exclusive benefit for our customers with labor-inclusive agreements. Under this program, you receive up to 65% discount on parts for turbocharger and injector failures on your machine.
Performance CVA applies to all machine models and helps minimize the risk of failures, providing fast and cost-effective solutions when you need them most. To benefit from the discount, repairs must be performed by Borusan Cat’s technical teams.
